🌍 Shipping – Portugal & International

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping options, delivery times, and costs vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout.

Portugal: 2–5 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
North & South America: 5–12 business days
Rest of the world: up to 15 business days

📦 Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the delivery in real time.

💳 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
During promotional periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

🧾 Customs & Duties

For international orders, local customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

📦 Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange a reshipment (additional fees may apply).
